Fitness Classes | A new Fitness Buffet virtual fitness class with instructor Lorey Pro starts on Tuesday, May 3rd and will continue through May 31st. This class will be offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30 – 2:00 pm HST. There will be little to no equipment needed. See the attached flyer for more information. |
Health Coach Led Activity | Join Coach Kelly virtually via Zoom (Password: AURA1) on Wednesday, May 18th, 10:00 – 10:30 am HST for Let Your Body Talk: Bring Your Needs To Our Virtual Activity Session! Join Coach Kelly for 30 minutes of what your body needs the most. Simply join and Coach Kelly will take a group poll, decide on the most fitting group activity, and guide the group safely through. Maybe a deep stretch, standing core work or a round of box breathing, or whatever makes a healthy positive difference for your day! |
