2019 Open Enrollment: Chile
AURA Human Resources is pleased to announce our annual open enrollment period runs from November 5 - November 20, 2018. Your changes will be effective for the January 1–December 31, 2019, plan year.
Starting November 5, you can enroll, re-enroll, or change plans for 2019.
The deadline to submit changes is November 25, 2018 at 11:59 pm (EST).
The Healthcare FSA has been updated for 2019 to the IRS maximum amount of $2700.
Open Enrollment is a great opportunity to ask and learn about the many benefit plans offered by AURA. It is also your once-a-year opportunity to enroll, re-enroll or change plans. It is important to remind you that decisions made during Open Enrollment are generally binding for the entire year and cannot be changed until next year's Open Enrollment, unless you experience a qualifying event that allows for benefit changes during the year. If this happens, you MUST notify the AURA Human Resources Department of such a change within 30 days of the qualifying event date.

Employees will be required to make their Open Enrollment elections online via UltiPro Employee Self-Service > Myself > Open Enrollment. The information will flow electronically to HR, where it will be approved and processed. You may view your current benefits elections in UltiPro at Myself > Benefits > Current Benefits. Beginning November 5th, you can change your elections in UltiPro. If you don't want to make changes, you DO NOT have to take action during Open Enrollment. Your 2018 benefit elections will continue in 2019.
