2020 Open Enrollment: Home
AURA Human Resources is pleased to announce our annual open enrollment period runs from November 11 - November 22, 2019. Your changes will be effective for the January 1 – December 31, 2020 plan year.
Starting November 11, you can enroll, re-enroll, or change plans for 2020.
The deadline to submit changes is 11:59 pm EST on November 22, 2019.
Open Enrollment is a great opportunity to ask and learn about the many benefit plans offered by AURA. It is also your once-a-year opportunity to enroll, re-enroll or change plans. It is important to remind you that decisions made during Open Enrollment are generally binding for the entire year and cannot be changed until next year's Open Enrollment, unless you experience a qualifying event that allows for benefit changes during the year. If this happens, you MUST notify the AURA Human Resources Department of such a change within 30 days of the qualifying event date.
Once you have decided which benefits plans you want to enroll in for 2020, you will need to make your Open Enrollment elections online via UltiPro Employee Self-Service > MYSELF > Open Enrollment. The information will flow electronically to HR, where it will be approved and processed. You may view your current benefits in UltiPro at MYSELF > Benefits > Current Benefits.
Beginning November 11, you can change your elections in UltiPro. If you don't want to make changes, you DO NOT have to take action during Open Enrollment. Your 2019 benefit elections will rollover and continue for 2020, except your Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). You must actively enroll in order to participate in the FSA for 2020.
