Maintain Don’t Gain 2017 – Tuesday, November 14th. This year’s holiday weight challenge begins with weigh-ins on November 14th. In Tucson, stop by to see Coach Nancy any time between 10:30-11:30am in Room 179. Outside of Tucson, or if you are unable to attend the weigh-in time, you may submit a participant form. Tucson Circuit Training – Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30 - 5:30 pm with Carrie in the Fitness Room. Sign up with HR. *Please note: limit of 8 participants per class. Note: No Fitness class Thanksgiving or Christmas week. Please see the flyer here.
Health Coaching – The health coach is on-site the 4th Tuesday of each month from 9:00am - 1:40pm. Check the schedule for the location. Earn 20 Wellness Program Points and/or $50 HSA Contribution! Health Coach Led Activity – 4th Tuesday of each month, 1:40pm - 2:00pm with Nancy. Meet near in the lobby.
Chair Massage – Massages are offered on-site the 2nd Friday of each month from 8:15am - 1:00pm, Scientific Conference Room with Patricia. Click here for the massage schedule. The massages are $1 per minute with a 10 minute minimum, paid directly to Patricia in cash at time of appointment. Schedule an appointment by emailing email@example.com.
