2015 Performance Management Schedule
Employees’ self evaluation reviews are due to NSO Managers.
Manager completes Performance reviews documents and sends Human Resources for review.
Human Resources will provide NSO Managers with feedback on performance reviews.
NSO Managers will provide final version of performance reviews to NSO Director for signature.
December 1 – January 15th
NSO Managers will meet and present performance reviews to employees (in person).
Final copy of the performance review form filed in employee’s file with all required signatures and comments.
We are planning trainings for NSO Supervisors on running effective performance reviews.
The Boulder training will be on October 29, 2015 at 10am. The Tucson training will be on November 12, 2015 at 2pm MST. Both trainings will be webcasted to allow for remote participation. The training will last 2.5 hours. Please confirm your attendance to Allison Stirling at email@example.com
