NOAO Performance Reviews for FY 2017

FY 2017 NOAO Performance Reviews are due to your supervisor/manager by October 31, 2017 (Tucson and CTIO Expatriate Staff).

You may download a copy of the appropriate Performance Review form in Word format from the links below.

Note to Managers and Supervisors:

Your completed performance review forms are due to Human Resources no later than December 15, 2017. Please note that the questions have been edited slightly and the only major change for this year is in the rating scale, which went from a 5-point scale to a 3-point scale .

Note to all staff:

Performance Management Training will be offered beginning September 2017 and will continue into 2018. There will be separate sessions for Managers/Supervisors and for staff on SMART goal setting, updating/tracking progress and the performance review process.

EVALUACIONES DE DESEMPEñO PARA CTIO

Las Evaluaciones de Desempeño para el FY 2017 deben ser entregadas a su supervisor o gerente a más tardar el día 31 de Octubre de 2017.

Los formularios en castellano se listan más abajo y están en formato Word:

-        Personal de Supervisión y Gerencia

-        Personal Técnico, Científico o Administrativo (sin personal a cargo)

-        Personal de Servicios y Manualidades

Nota para Gerentes y Supervisores:

Una vez completas, las evaluaciones deben ser enviadas a Recursos Humanos  a más tardar el 15 de Diciembre de 2017.

Nota para todo el personal de CTIO:

Se van a realizar sesiones de entrenamiento del proceso de Evaluaciones de Desempeño a partir de la primera semana de Febrero del 2018 y se sugiere a todo el personal que participen en una de ellas. Estas sesiones se enfocarán en el establecimiento de metas y objectivos usando el módulo que tenemos en UltiPro para ese efecto.
