Yoga Classes  4:30 - 5:30 pm in Room 27 or B-54. Yoga classes are offered every Tuesday and Thursday.  In room 27 or B-54. See the flyer here. **Note: there will not be a fitness class open to alle employees in July and August.

Health Coaching – The health coach is on-site the 4th Tuesday of each month from 9:00am - 1:40pm.  Check the schedule for the location.  Earn 20 Wellness Program Points and/or $50 HSA Contribution! Health Coach Led Activity – 4th Tuesday of each month, 1:40pm - 2:00pm with Nancy. Meet near the Scientific Conference Room. 

Chair Massage – Massages are offered on-site the 2nd Friday of each month from 8:15am - 1:00pm, Scientific Conference Room with Patricia. Click here for the massage schedule.  The massages are $1 per minute with a 10 minute minimum, paid directly to Patricia in cash at time of appointment.
